Monica Garcia, MA
Monica started working with Dr. G as a TMS technician and truly enjoyed her interactions with her patients when she treated them daily. She is now the office manager at MensanaSF and is the person to ask about anything related to TMS, insurance, alternative therapies offered in the practice, questions about forms, and any other general questions. She is a passionate mental health advocate both in and outside of work and believes “everyone deserves to have a healthy, therapeutic environment that is warm and inviting, especially when they aren’t feeling well.” She is such an important part of MensanaSF and is able, every day, to make an impact in patient’s lives which means the world to her.
Front Desk/Patient Care Coordinator
Brandie’s is the first smiling face you see when walking in to the office. She is the person who advocates on patients’ behalf for medications and insurance coverage, scheduling appointments, and answers any day-to- day questions. The staff at MensanaSF cherish her charm, humor, and warmth that immediately puts patients at ease. She has worked with Dr. G for two years now and feels that nothing is better than seeing a smile on a patient’s face, or being able to comfort patients when they are sad or distressed. She prides herself on making the practice feel like a second home or an extended family and says, “interacting with our patients is the best part of my job!”
